• Europa’s ROTARY COOLANT ring is an innovative device for converting a Morse taper shank spade drill to through coolant (for non-through coolant milling machines).
• The coolant ring is positioned on the main body of the drill between the taper shank and the flute.
• It is held in position on the drill with cir-clips.
• The external coolant supply is then connected to the coolant ring which feeds the coolant to the end of the drill, creating through coolant.
• This can vastly extend tool life, especially in deep hole drilling.
