• Unimaster QX multi-material drilling inserts
  are designed to produce accurate holes
  in a wide range of work piece materials.

• The inserts have four cutting edges, and
  inner inserts are identical to outer inserts,
  reducing the confusion of insert placement.
  Four cutting edges also provides maximum
  possible tool life, giving high process
  reliability and economy.

• Unimaster QX drill bodies are available
  in lengths of 3xD, 4xD and 5xD which
  covers the majority of drilling lengths
  required.

• Please contact our sales office if 4XD or 5XD are required

• Sizes in the standard range are
  from 16.0mm to 33.0mm, but sizes below
  16.0mm and up to 117.0mm are available
  on request.

• They are suitable for use in both
  vertical and horizontal applications, and can
  be used offset to produce oversize holes.
